Bilingual Physics Teacher 双语物理老师

We are looking for a Bilingual Physics Teacher for an International School based in Shanghai. This is a full-time position starting in February 2025.

Job responsibilities

• Teach Physics subjects to students in secondary education utilizing the IGCSE and A-Level framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Develop supportive and safe learning environments

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher status with 3-5 years of teaching experience
• Ability to teach one or two science subjects
• Willingness to teach across 3-4 grade levels
• Knowledge of world-class science curriculums, including UK and International, and their assessment methods
• Proficiency in addressing individual needs through differentiated instruction and diverse learning strategies
• Fluent in English and Chinese

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary of 12,000 to 24,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications

要求

• 具有教师资格，3-5 年教学经验
• 能够教授一到两个科学科目

• 熟悉世界一流的科学课程（包括英国和国际课程）及其评估方法
• 熟练掌握通过差异化教学和多样化学习策略满足个人需求的方法
• 中英文流利
