Bilingual Physics Teacher 双语物理老师

We are looking for a Bilingual Physics Teacher 双语物理老师 for an International School based in Nanning. This is a full-time position starting from the upcoming academic year in August 2023.

About the school

Bilingual school situated in Yongning District of Nanning provides a complete K-12 education with an international focus. It comprises an early year’s center catering to pupils aged between 2 to 6 years and a separate day and boarding school for primary, middle, and high school students (aged 6 to 18 years) that follows a bilingual British curriculum.

Job responsibilities

• Teach the subject of physics to middle school students, ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Develop supportive and safe learning environments
• Complete other teaching-related activities as arranged by the school

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in physics or related fields
• Possess a valid middle school or high school physics teacher qualification certificate
• Candidates with overseas study experience preferred
• Excellent English and Mandarin communications skills

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary of 15,000 to 25,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
