Bilingual Head of Science 双语科学组长

We are looking for a Bilingual Head of science 双语科学组长 for an International School in Beijing. This is a full-time position starting ASAP.

The group has more than 20 campuses across China with Elementary, Middle and High School departments.

Job responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and implementing the teaching plan of the Science group to ensure the quality of teaching
• Organize and guide the members of the science team to carry out the course teaching, including the selection of textbooks, classroom teaching, homework correction, etc.
• Coordinate the solution of problems encountered by students in science courses and provide necessary help and guidance
• Participate in and support the evaluation work of the science team, including student work review, teacher evaluation, etc.
• Regularly participate in organized teaching and research activities to share teaching experience and teaching resources
• Work with other subject group leaders or teachers in the school to promote interdisciplinary teaching and exchange.

Recruitment requirements

• Have rich experience in MYP course teaching, familiar with MYP course standards and teaching methods; Also familiar with AP courses
• Strong organization and coordination ability and team management ability, able to effectively lead and manage members of the science group;
• Proficient in office software, such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc., able to make teaching materials and statistical data;
• Bilingual education experience, able to teach English language and cultural related science knowledge;
• Good communication and language skills, able to communicate and collaborate effectively with students, parents and colleagues;
• Responsible and dedicated, able to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced working environment.
• Master degree or above in the related subject

Salary and benefits

• Base monthly salary range of 25,000 to 30,000 and is negotiable commensurate with experience and qualifications
• Summer and winter holidays

• 熟练掌握办公软件，如Word、Excel、PPT等，能够制作教学资料和统计数据
• 具有双语教育经验，能够教授英语语言和文化相关的科学知识
• 具有良好的沟通能力和语言表达能力，能够与学生、家长和同事进行有效沟通和协作
• 具有责任心和敬业精神，能够承担工作压力并适应快节奏的工作环境
• 硕士及以上学位

薪资福利

• 基本月薪25000 - 30000元人民币，可根据工作经验和资历面议
