Bilingual Class Teacher 双语班主任

我们正在为南宁的一所学校招聘双语班主任，要求到岗时间为2025年8月。

岗位职责

• 负责监督学生的日常行为，确保他们遵守学校的规章制度，维护班级秩序
• 定期与学生交流，了解他们的学习困难和需求，提供个性化的学习建议和辅导
• 关注学生的心理动态，及时发现并解决学生的心理问题，为学生提供必要的心理支持和帮助
• 关注学生的生活和需求，了解学生的想法和困惑，给予积极的回应和建议，帮助学生建立自信和积极的人生观
• 与家长保持密切联系，及时反馈学生的学习情况和表现，共同促进学生的学业发展

岗位要求

• 本科及以上
• 具有班主任经验者优先
• 具有升学指导经验
• 教师资格证
• 良好的交流能力，中英文流利

薪资福利

• 月薪8-12k（13薪）
• 寒暑假

Job responsibilities

• Responsible for supervising students' daily behavior, ensuring that they comply with school rules and regulations, and maintaining class order
• Communicate regularly with students to understand their learning difficulties and needs, and provide personalized learning suggestions and tutoring
• Pay attention to students' psychological dynamics, promptly discover and solve students' psychological problems, and provide students with necessary psychological support and help
• Pay attention to students’ lives and needs, understand students’ thoughts and confusions, give positive responses and suggestions, and help students build confidence and a positive outlook on life.
• Maintain close contact with parents, provide timely feedback on students’ learning status and performance, and jointly promote students’ academic development

Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Two years or more experience as a class teacher
• Have experience in university guidance counsellor  
• Teaching qualification
• Fluent in Chinese and English

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary is 8-12k
• Summer and winter vacation
