General Tasks:
1. Update& improve current materials for the related programs
2. Interview students for MINI MBA Summer Schools and other programs
3. Proof-reading
4. Portfolio checking (Check portfolios regularly on the trips and support students in completing their work)
5. Business trips& in-school trainings
6. Lead Educational Programs in China
7. Lead Educational Programs Overseas (UK US EU Canada): lead international programs in UK/US/Europe (from 4 or 5 day trips to a two week study tour); coach students with their academic research during the study tours; assist with the qualification assessment (CoPE and AoPE in particular)

Individual tasks:
(will be assigned after completion of the training and probation period)
1. Update electronic materials for the existing programs
2. Research new possibilities to improve program’s quality
3. Negotiate services and prices with partners to achieve the most competitive deals
4. Develop new templates related to your program
5. Specific program arrangements including: agenda bookings new materials development new program development localization of an international program in China project management ( you will be awarded with an additional bonus depending on the complexity of the task scale of the task or intense working hours). t etc.)
6. Business development tasks which result into the company’s growth such as establishing unique partnership connections.
