美术老师 Art Teacher

Job responsibilities

• Participate in the construction of the art curriculum system and be responsible for the teaching of Yungu art;
• Serve as a student mentor to assist students in learning growth planning;
• Participate in the design and organization of project systems, personalized teaching, and interdisciplinary integration projects;
• Participate in and co create the campus cultural environment;
• Properly use technology and other means to assist teaching and explore the integration of education and technology.

Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, graduated from an art major college;
• Have at least 3 years of experience in teaching art on campus, with in-depth insights and research in the field of art or art teaching;
• Possess certain artistic appreciation ability and professional skills, with outstanding professional expertise;
• Priority given to having bilingual communication skills in both Chinese and English;
• Understand global art teaching practices, with priority given to those with overseas backgrounds.

Salary and benefits

• Base monthly salary range of 15,000 to 25,000 RMB and is negotiable commensurate with experience and qualifications
• Summer and winter holidays

工资福利

• 基本月薪15000 - 25000元人民币，可根据工作经验和资历面议
