升学指导 University Guidance Counsellor

We are looking for an University Guidance Counsellor 升学指导 for an Bilingual School in Beijing. This is a full-time position starting ASAP.

About the school

Located in Beijing's Chaoyang district, this bilingual school follows the combination of local curricula and the National Curriculum for England as their guides for excellence. Furthermore, the school utilizes a customized dual immersion program for students of the kindergarten, Primary, Lower Secondary and Upper Secondary divisions, designed to meet their individual needs.

Job responsibilities

• Responsible for the guidance of the lower middle school class group, to help students find the direction of study and matching points;
• Responsible for One-on-one guidance in high school, customized guidance plan for students;
• Responsible for collecting students' information, following up students' learning, and communicating closely with class teachers and parents;
• Responsible for writing or revising students' essays and guiding students' submission of online application materials;
• Responsible for student interview counseling, both students and parents psychological counseling;
• Responsible for preparing students for visa after admission, as well as psychological counseling and life guidance before and after overseas admission;
• Actively receive university visits and assist in hosting university public lectures; Assist with Open Day presentations, admissions interviews and other activities

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in the related subject
• Three or more years’ experience in international or bilingual schools
• Excellent communications skills
• IELTS 7, or equivalent

Salary and benefit

• Monthly salary range of 18,000 to 23,000 RMB depending on experience and qualifications
• Benefits are negotiable

• 负责撰写或修改学生论文，指导学生提交网上申请材料;
• 负责学生面试辅导，对学生和家长进行心理辅导;
• 负责学生入学后的签证准备，以及海外入学前后的心理辅导和生活指导;
• 积极接待大学访问，协助举办大学公开讲座;协助开放日演讲，招生面试和其他活动

需求

• 相关专业本科以上学历
• 三年以上国际或双语学校工作经验
• 优秀的沟通技巧
• 雅思7分或同等水平

工资福利

• 月薪18000 - 23000元，视经验和资历而定
• 福利根据情况协商
