德育干事

我们正在为一所天津的国际学校招聘德育干事，该岗位需要2025年8月到岗。

岗位职责

• 协助德育部主任全面负责德育工作，制订学生的思想政治教育工作计划并实施；
• 指导班主任制订并实施班级管理工作计划，召开班主任工作会议，总结交流工作经验；
• 检查德育工作实施效果，指导检查校级、校规的执行情况；
• 通过各种形式不断加强师生的思想政治觉悟，创造良好的育人环境，使学生能够全方面地健康成长与发展；
• 定期召开家长会，重视家校关系建设，加强与家委会、家长的联系、互动；
• 其他工作：学生信息管理、住宿管理、研学项目管理、学部预算管理、班车管理、校服着装管理等。

任职要求

• 本科及以上教育相关专业
• 具有德育相关经验者优先
• 教师资格证
• 良好的交流能力，中英文流利

薪资福利

• 月薪12-35k

Job responsibilities

• Assist the principal of the elementary school to take full responsibility for the moral education of the school, formulate the ideological and political education work plan for students and implement it;
• Guiding classroom teachers to formulate and implement classroom management plans, convening classroom teachers' work meetings, summarizing and exchanging work experience;
• Check the effect of the implementation of moral education work, guidance and inspection of the implementation of school grades and rules;
• Continuously strengthen the ideological and political awareness of teachers and students through various forms, create a good nurturing environment so that students can grow and develop healthily in all aspects;
• Holding regular parent-teacher conferences, emphasizing the building of home-school relationship, and strengthening the contact and interaction with the PTA and parents;
• Other work: student information management, accommodation management, research project management, school budget management, shuttle bus management, school uniform dress code management, etc

Job requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in the Education subject
• Teaching certificate
• Two or more years experience in the education industry
• Excellent communications skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
