岗位职责

  • 结合惠州本地教育生态,策划并执行线上线下招生推广活动(开放日、宣讲会等);
  • 维护与惠州本地初中、高中及相关机构的合作关系,拓展招生渠道。
  • 提供专业政策解读及学校特色介绍,提升转化率;
  • 协调对接政府教育部门、合作机构及校内部门,确保招生流程顺畅合规。
  • 协助管理招生团队,培训新成员政策解读及业务技能;
  • 监控招生数据动态,定期输出分析报告并提出改进建议。
  • 联动教学、教务部门,确保招生政策与学校课程体系无缝衔接;
  • 配合品牌部输出招生宣传素材,精准传递学校办学优势。

 

任职要求

  • 3年以上民办学校招生管理经验,有惠州本地学校工作背景者优先;
  • 精通广东省中考、高考政策及民办学校招生规范,能快速应对政策变化;
  • 熟悉惠州地区生源分布及家长需求特点,具备本地教育资源网络;
  • 具备本地化沟通与接待能力:熟悉惠州教育生态,具备政府、学校、家长的多维度沟通技巧,能通过接待咨询传递学校品牌价值;
  • 抗压能力强,适应招生季高强度工作节奏;
  • 具备服务意识与危机处理能力,能妥善解决复杂问题;
  • 认同国际化教育理念,了解双语学校运营模式者优先

 

薪资福利

Job responsibilities

  • Plan and execute online and offline enrollment promotion activities (open house, presentation, etc.) in conjunction with the local education ecology in Huizhou;
  • Maintain cooperative relationships with local middle schools, high schools and related organizations in Huizhou to expand enrollment channels.
  • Provide professional policy interpretation and introduction of school characteristics to enhance conversion rate;
  • Coordinate with government education departments, partner institutions and school departments to ensure smooth and compliant enrollment process.
  • Assist in managing the enrollment team and train new members in policy interpretation and business skills;
  • Monitor the dynamics of enrollment data, output regular analysis reports and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Liaise with teaching and academic departments to ensure seamless integration of enrollment policies and school curriculum;
  • Cooperate with the branding department to output enrollment promotional materials to accurately convey the school's advantages.

 

Job requirements

  • More than 3 years of experience in private school enrollment management, preferably with background working in local schools in Huizhou;
  • Proficient in Guangdong Province's secondary examination, college entrance examination policy and private school enrollment norms, able to quickly respond to policy changes;
  • Familiar with the distribution of student sources and the characteristics of parents' demand in Huizhou area, with local education resources network;
  • Localized communication and reception skills: familiar with Huizhou education ecology, with multi-dimensional communication skills of the government, schools and parents, and able to convey the brand value of the school through reception and consultation;
  • Strong resistance to pressure and adapt to the high intensity work rhythm during the enrollment season;
  • Have service consciousness and crisis management ability, able to solve complex problems properly;
  • Recognize the concept of international education and understand the operation mode of bilingual school is preferred.
