初中部副校长

我们正在为佛山的一所国际学校招聘初中部副校长。这是一个尽快开始的全职职位。

岗位职责

• 负责初中部的管理工作，确保教育质量和日常运营符合学校的教育目标和标准。
• 统筹制定各类课程建设方案，监督教学活动的开展，确保教学质量。
• 加强学生的政治、思想和品德教育。关心学生的学习和生活情况，及时了解学生的学习困难并提供必要的辅导和帮助。
• 促进家校合作，定期与家长沟通学生的学习情况，反馈学生在校表现。

岗位要求

• 博士学历，教育相关专业 (第一学历须为全日制本科)；
• 有大型国际学校的教育教学管理工作经验，熟悉国际化学校的教育管理规律；
• 对教育行业及其发展有较强的认知和把握，富有改革创新精神，并在教育改革方面有深刻的理解和丰富的实践经验；
• 构建科学合理的教育教学体系。

Job responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall management of the junior high school to ensure that the quality of education and daily operations are in line with the school's educational goals and standards.
• Coordinate and formulate various curriculum construction plans, supervise the development of teaching activities, and ensure teaching quality.
• Strengthen students’ political, ideological and moral education. Care about students' learning and living conditions, understand students' learning difficulties in a timely manner and provide necessary counseling and help.
• Promote home-school cooperation, regularly communicate with parents about students’ learning status, and provide feedback on students’ performance in school.

Job Requirements

• Doctoral degree, majoring in education (the first degree must be a full-time undergraduate degree);
• Experienced in teaching and management in large international schools, familiar with the teaching and management rules of international schools.
• Familiar with the rules of education management in international schools;
• Strong knowledge and grasp of the education industry and its development, rich in the spirit of reform and innovation.

• To build a scientific and reasonable education and teaching system.
