Secondary English Teacher

We are looking for a Secondary English Teacher for an International School based in Xian.

Job details

• Teach the school’s English curriculum to school students
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Co-teach with Chinese teachers and be prepared to develop and improve school-based curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant/specialist subject area
• More than 2 years’ related experience (IB MYP/DP curriculum)
• Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or equivalent
• Excellent English communicative skills

Salary and benefits

• Monthly Salary of 24,000 to 30,000 RMB before tax
• Housing allowance of 4,000 to 9,000 RMB
