Job Description :

We are looking for a committed Online English Teacher who loves children, has a passion for storytelling, communications, teaching, and want to inspire youth in a warm and unique online English learning environment. We especially want to create a “connected” study environment for children to study and improve their English skills during this pandemic time. Thus, we prefer to hire applicants who speak English at an idiomatic level and create fun and exciting stories/activities for kids in live-streaming lessons.

Job contents will mainly focus on teaching and giving out instructions for young learners to develop English skills. This job is be a work-from-home job and primarily depend on video communication apps such as Zoom, Wechat, Skype, etc. We encourage anyone who is interested to apply for this job. We also welcome teachers who have previous experiences in working with children.

Requirements :

- Speak fluent English.

- Previous experiences working with children/as an English Teacher, preferably within a similar environment.

- Organize your schedule according to your time-zone (work time will based on Beijing Time)

- Verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Own laptop or desktop computer equipped with an HD webcam.

- Fast and stable internet connection.

- Basic computer skills such as conducting live-streaming lessons.

- Organized and attentive to student’s needs.

- A high energy, outgoing, positive personality.

- Prepare and deliver lessons to improve students’ reading, writing, and conversing skills.

- Developing educational content such as notes and quizzes.

- Assigning activities to facilitate students’ consolidation of learning material.

- Tailoring teaching style in accordance with student’s needs

- Managing interpersonal dynamics to ensure that the class is conducive to learning.

- Tracking and reporting on students' progress.

- Remaining up to date with our learning software.

- Ensuring that your equipment is always in good working condition.
