In our Shanghai office we are looking for a Office Manager/Personal assistant.

Our ideal candidate:
Speaks English at B2 Upper Intermediate level or above +;
Has one year of experience as an Office Manager/Personal assistant/Sales assistant;
Possesses excellent organizational and time management skills;
Able to work in multitasking mode;
Very attentive to details;
Can quickly learn something entirely new.

Would be an advantage:
Work experience in IT company;
Familiar with ticket booking systems, hotels, and other travel support;
Experience with contracts, which includes making amendments to them.

What is expected:
Personal assistance to the shareholder of the company;
Supporting activities of the Shanghai office by ordering stationery, furniture, equipment, food, gifts for customers and other necessities;
Assistance in organizing trips and events for iDeals employees;
Participation in sales support of the Shanghai office (correction of presentations, advertising letters, contracts, invoices, preparation of tender documentation);
Preparation and support of various corporate events, including presentations, external printing activities, corporate meetings.
