Responsibilities:
  1. Answer player’s questions and solve their problems promptly.
  2. Pay attention to news feed of games and collect feedbacks from players.
  3. Follow the instructions of client and assist game master.
  4. Constantly level-up in ticket solving and provide better service to players

Qualifications:
  1. Junior college degree or above.
  2. Passionate for mobile games and familiar with local gaming industry.
  3. Service oriented, online customer service experience is preferred.
  4. Good at communication, delicate and patient.
  5. Basic English reading skills.
  6. Good knowledge of MS office
