Teacher’s Duties and Responsibilities

• The foreign teacher will follow Chinese law and regulations, and will follow the Employer’s working regulations and the relevant Foreign Expert regulations of Chinese government.
• The foreign teacher will respect the moral standards and customs in China, which specially includes maintaining an appropriate professional appearance and standard of behavior.
• The employer promises to conduct the same behavior and understanding.
• Foreign teacher will use the teaching materials provided by the Employer and will develop an appropriate teaching plan.
• The foreign teacher should conscientiously apply this teaching plan to ensure a high-quality education.
• The foreign teacher cannot share the teaching materials to others.

Lessons and Schedule

• To teach LOKOKID English course, 21 working hours every week.
• To prepare for the lessons (Teaching plans, lesson plans, homework, etc.) (1 office hour).
• To communicate with parents and other teachers after class (1 office hour).
• To attend weekly meeting and pick up teaching materials for the next week of teaching (1 office hour).
• To participate in company events/performance or marketing course training. (1 office hours).
