• Responsible for teaching and research；
• Be able to teach more than two classes and organize class discussion；
• Responsible for daily teaching, such as: lesson preparation, giving lessons, salon activities and Demo classes included.
• Attend on-the-job training and weekly teaching&research conference, improve your teaching skill;
• Attend the meeting for academic affairs, cooperate with marketing department and Customer Services to do their daily works,
• Make home visits on time, communicate with parents about the children’s learning situation;
• Compile and deliberate new teaching materials and reference books, conduct or participate in the research of teaching methods;
• Participate in teaching reform research and make recommendations for the new teaching ideas and methods;
• Finish other work that assigned by the teaching supervisor;

• English major and Bachelor degree and above;
• Good English communication skills, (TEM-4 and above), fluency spoken English with standard pronunciation, qualified for all English classes;
• Love children, outgoing, cheerful and kind;
• Appear and behave professionally;
•  Friendly, enthusiastic, outgoing and have excellent interpersonal skills;
• 1-2 year relevant working experience is prioritized;
• TEM-8, high IELTS or TOEFL mark or English major, teachers with teaching certificate or study-abroad experiences is prioritized.
