- As a China creative director, you should lead the creative team which already equipped with copy and art based staff, motivate the team to develop the creative work for clients.
- Working closely with the account team and digital team on different projects for clients for integrated strategy with online and offline concepts and design.
- Proactively deliver the creative solution for existing clients and also pitching the new business.
- Make sure the creative direction and campaign on creativity base is complying with the clients' initiatives and requirements.
- Conduct department and team assessment report and develop the proposal regularly, control and manage the cost and P&L as a head of creative.
- At least 8 years relevant creative experience, candidate from 4A media/ advertisement agency is preferred;
- Rich campaign experiences of client service in Finance/FMCG/Luxury/Pharmacy industries.
- Strong at providing full conception from strategic planning to execution in creativity.
- Be creative and knowledgeable of current developing trends of creativity, such as digital and integrated communication.
- Competent to work efficiently with the client, brand, account and digital team.
- Excellent English ability, both verbally and written.
- Experience in working at global agency or working on global client is preferred.
