Creagent is an international Design Talent Broker operating in Europe and Asia. We are looking for a BtoB Sales Manager for the Chinese market with a proven track record of closing deals with big Western and Chinese companies to grow the business in China.

Your challenge:

  1. Discover and reach out to client leads

  2. Manage and update CRM system (Pipedrive)

  3. Map out opportunities and book meetings with the relevant decision makers

  4. Build and maintain relationships with the top Design Executives and Managers

  5. Coordinate sales efforts with other team members

  6. Represent Creagent in fairs other marketing events and meetings with corporate clients


 

Succeeding in this role means that you have:

  1. At least 1-2 years experience of sales in a business-to-business environment

  2. Excellent sales communication and negotiation skills

  3. Tech-savviness and results orientation

  4. High motivation and target drive

  5. Proven track record in sales to big corporations

  6. A can-do startup attitude

  7. Excellent language skills in English and Chinese
