心理老师

我们正在为一所桐乡的国际学校招聘双语心理老师，到岗时间为2026年8月。

岗位职责

• - 负责开展初高中生心理健康教育课程，帮助学生提升心理素质与情绪管理能力；
• - 为有需要的学生提供个别心理咨询与辅导，关注学生心理成长与适应问题；
• - 组织心理健康主题活动，营造积极向上的校园心理氛围；
• - 与班主任、家长保持沟通，共同关注学生心理发展状况。
• 【任职要求】
• - 本科及以上学历，心理学、教育学等相关专业优先；
• - 具备1年及以上高中或相关教育机构心理健康教学或咨询工作经验；
• - 持有心理咨询师资格证书者优先考虑；
• - 具备良好的沟通能力、责任心和团队协作精神。

• 本科及以上心理相关专业
• 具有心理教学经验者优先
• 教师资格证
• 良好的交流能力，中英文流利

薪资福利

• 月薪8-20k

Job responsibilities

• Teach the subject of Psychologic to high school students utilizing the ALevel framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Develop supportive and safe learning environments

Job requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in the Psychologic subject
• Teaching certificate
• Two or more years teaching experience in Psychologic in higher education
• Excellent communications skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
