我们正在为一所桐乡的国际学校招聘双语宿舍管理老师，到岗时间为2025年8月。

职位描述： 

• 协助主管进行助理舍监部门管理工作，包含各项制度体系搭建及优化等；
• 全面负责本部门组织搭建及优化，员工培训、绩效考核、晋升等工作； 
• 家校协调和家长共通疑难问题处理； 
• 舆情管理工作；

岗位要求：

• 熟练的中文及英文的双语应用；英语可作为工作语言； 
• 对国际教育和西方文化有很好的了解，有海外学习或工作经验优先考虑； 
• 较强沟通能力和公关能力、娴熟沟通技巧； 
• 较强的团队管理以及危机问题（或事件）的处理能力； 
• 有强烈的敬业精神和职业道德，对待学生有耐心和爱心，保护学生隐私及权益。

薪资：

• 月薪8-20k
• 带薪寒暑假
• 员工年度体检

Job Responsibilities: 

• Assist the supervisor to carry out the assistant warden department management, including the construction and optimization of various systems;
• Comprehensively responsible for the department's organization and optimization, staff training, performance appraisal, promotion and other work; 
• Home-school coordination and parental common difficult problem processing; 
• Public opinion management;

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in bilingual application of Chinese and English; English can be used as working language; 
• Good understanding of international education and western culture; overseas study or work experience is preferred; 
• Strong communication and PR skills, skillful communication skills; 
• Strong team management and ability to handle crisis issues (or incidents); 
• Strong professionalism and ethics, patience and love for students, and protection of students' privacy and rights.

Salary:

• 8-20kper month
