小学德育副校长

我们正在为北京的一所国际学校招聘小学德育副校长。这是一个尽快开始的全职职位。

岗位职责

• 协助小学部校长全面负责小学部德育工作，制订学生的思想政治教育工作计划并实施；
• 指导班主任制订并实施班级管理工作计划，召开班主任工作会议，总结交流工作经验；
• 检查德育工作实施效果，指导检查校级、校规的执行情况；
• 通过各种形式不断加强师生的思想政治觉悟，创造良好的育人环境，使学生能够全方面地健康成长与发展；
• 定期召开家长会，重视家校关系建设，加强与家委会、家长的联系、互动；
• 其他工作：学生信息管理、住宿管理、研学项目管理、学部预算管理、班车管理、校服着装管理等。

岗位要求

• 硕士以上学历，具备海外留学背景优先考虑，特别优秀可放宽至本科；
• 具备10年以上教育行业工作经验，其中5年以上国际学校德育管理工作经验；
• 优秀的英文听、说、读、写能力，能够作为工作语言；
• 热爱教育事业，理解和接受多元文化，对IB体系有了解者优先考虑；
• 工作高效，态度积极，有亲和力，关注细节，善于交流与合作，乐于创新与发展，责任心强，能够承受一定强度的工作压力。

薪资福利

Job responsibilities

• Assist the principal of the elementary school to take full responsibility for the moral education of the elementary school, formulate the ideological and political education work plan for students and implement it;
• Guiding classroom teachers to formulate and implement classroom management plans, convening classroom teachers' work meetings, summarizing and exchanging work experience;
• Check the effect of the implementation of moral education work, guidance and inspection of the implementation of school grades and rules;
• Continuously strengthen the ideological and political awareness of teachers and students through various forms, create a good nurturing environment so that students can grow and develop healthily in all aspects;
• Holding regular parent-teacher conferences, emphasizing the building of home-school relationship, and strengthening the contact and interaction with the PTA and parents;
• Other work: student information management, accommodation management, research project management, school budget management, shuttle bus management, school uniform dress code management, etc.

Job Requirements

• Master's degree or above, with overseas study background preferred, and can be relaxed to Bachelor's degree for special excellence;
• At least 10 years of working experience in the education industry, of which at least 5 years of experience in moral education management in international schools;
• Excellent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in English as a working language;
• Passionate about education, understanding and acceptance of multiculturalism, knowledge of IB system is preferred;
• Efficient work, positive attitude, affinity, attention to detail, good at communication and cooperation, willing to innovate and develop, strong sense of responsibility, able to withstand a certain intensity of work pressure.
