特级语文老师

我们正在为佛山的一所国际学校招聘特级语文老师。这是一个尽快开始的全职职位。

岗位职责

• 根据学校教学大纲和学生实际情况，制定合理的语文教学计划，确保教学质量
• 认真备课，准备教案，按照教学计划完成语文教学任务
• 关心学生的学习状况，及时了解学生的学习困难，提供必要的辅导和帮助
• 积极参与教研活动，与同事交流教学经验，共同提高教学水平
• 负责学生的平时测验、期中和期末考试等评价工作，对学生的学习状况进行科学评估
• 定期与家长沟通学生的学习情况，反馈学生在校表现，促进家校合作
• 参与学校相关活动, 配合学校完成其他相关工作

岗位要求

• 获得特级教师称号；
• 在学科、教学、教研等专业领域内处于领先水平；
• 省级以上学术刊物上公开发表过本学科专业的较高学术水平的研究论文；
• 文笔优秀，有发表文章、书籍作品；
• 在教育方面起示范作用，具有指导中小学高级教师进行教育教 学和教育研究工作的能力；
• 善于引领学科组建设，培养青年教师提高业务水平和教学能力。

薪资福利

• 税前月薪33k起

Job responsibilities

• Teach the subject of Chinese to middle school students, ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Develop supportive and safe learning environments

Job requirements

• Obtained the title of special teacher;
• Be at the leading level in disciplines, teaching, teaching and research and other professional fields;
• Research papers of higher academic level in this discipline have been published in academic journals at or above the provincial level;
• Excellent writing style, published articles and books;
• Play a role model in education and have the ability to guide senior teachers in primary and secondary schools in educational teaching and educational research;
• Be good at leading the construction of subject groups and training young teachers to improve their professional level and teaching ability.

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary before tax starts at 33k
• Fully paid summer and winter holiday
