English Teacher

We are looking for an English Teacher for a Bilingual School in Beijing. This position is available from the upcoming 2026-27 academic year in August 2026.

About the school

This K12 bilingual school is located in Shunyi, Beijing. It is committed to providing students from kindergarten to senior high school with a multicultural learning atmosphere and an integrated quality bilingual education.

Job responsibilities

• Teach the subject of English to secondary school students utilizing the IB,IGCSE/Alevel,AP framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
  
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Develop supportive and safe learning environments

Job requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in the related subject
• Teaching certificate
• Two or more years teaching experience in the subject
• Excellent communications skills

Salary and benefits

• Annual salary package is range of 450,000 to 480,000 RMB and is negotiable, commensurate with experience and qualifications
