English Teacher

We are looking for an English Teacher for an International Middle School based in in Beijing’s Haidian district. This is a full-time position starting from the upcoming academic year in February and August 2025.

Job details

• Teach the subject of English to middle and high school students utilizing the IB MYP framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Develop supportive and safe learning environments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years’ teaching experience
• Teaching certificate
• Experience in IB MYP curriculum strongly preferred
• Excellent English communicative skills

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary of 22,000 to 32,000 RMB before tax commensurate with experience and qualifications
