High School Mathematics Teacher

We are looking for a High School Mathematics Teacher for an international school located in Hangzhou. This is a full-time position starting from the upcoming academic year in August 2025.

About the school

Private international high school located in Hangzhou’s Xihu district. The school offers the Australian QCE curriculum and British A level curriculum to high school students from 16 to 18 years old.

• Teaching courses: teaching high school students Math
• work arrangements: around 20classes, each class 40minutes; class number:4; Student age: 16-18 years old.
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Co-teach with Chinese teachers and be prepared to develop and improve school-based curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Working schedule is from Monday to Friday with approx. 20 classes a week (one class is 40 min)

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• Two-year mathematics teaching experience
• Teaching experience at international high schools preferred
• Teaching qualification preferred
• Excellent communication skills

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary of 21,000 RMB after tax
