English Teacher

We are looking for an English Teacher for a Middle School based in Chengdu's Shuang Liu area. This is a full-time position starting from August 2025.

Job details

• Teach the school’s English curriculum to middle school students aging 12 to 16
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Co-teach with Chinese teachers and be prepared to develop and improve school-based curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Working Schedule is from Monday to Friday with a maximum of 27 teaching hours per week (1 teaching hour = 38mins) and no office hours

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above
• More than 2 years related working experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Hold a teaching certificate, TEFL or TESOL
