工作职责：

  • 负责日本地区的游戏社交平台、论坛的账号管理；
  • 监控玩家动向，收集玩家反馈，及时处理并汇总；
  • 配合市场团队，进行用户调研工作；
  • 制定活动方案，确保社区增量及用户活跃度。


任职要求：

  • 日语母语；
  • 1年以上社区运营经验，日语文案功底强；
  • 有较强的沟通及语言表达能力；
  • 责任心强，有较强的团队合作精神；
  • 热爱游戏，具有丰富的游戏经验。


工资和福利：

  • 最高25000元/月
  • 最高75000元人民币的年终奖

The Company:

Leading mobile game company based in Shanghai. They are working on the development of new anime titles using the latest technology.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for account management of game social platforms and forums in Japan;
  • Monitor player trends, collect player feedback, handle and summarize in time;
  • Cooperate with the marketing team to conduct user research;
  • Formulate activity plan to ensure community increment and user activity.


Job requirements:

  • Native Japanese;
  • More than 1 year of community operation experience, strong Japanese copywriting skills;
  • Strong communication and language skills;
  • Strong sense of responsibility, strong team spirit;
  • Love games and have rich expericence in games.


Salary & Benefits:

  • Up to 25,000 RMB / Month
  • Up to 75,000 RMB annual bonus
