Yutime Petroleum Co., Ltd. (“Yutime Petroleum”) is a transnational petrochemical corporation headquartered in Beijing, China. Our main business lines cover refinery, chemicals, storage, transportation, retail, international trade, as well as thermoelectricity. It is our objective to develop into a comprehensive international energy company with integrated oil and gas businesses complemented by a moderate degree of diversity. This will enable us to provide clean energy and excellent service to the society in a sustainable manner. In the Americas, we are committed to the development of international energy trade. We are diversifying looking for partnership opportunities with conventional oil and gas fields, shale oil and gas fields and refineries. We are also paying close attention to the business potential of the ethane-fission technology to produce ethylene. In China, we are quickly moving toward our goal of becoming a comprehensive energy company. With respect to refining and chemicals, we are operating a successful petrochemical base in Liaoning. We are building a 10-million-ton capacity petrochemical production base along the Chinese coast, building an inland port and bonded area in Liaoning, and constructing railways and oil pipelines. With respect to retail, we will rely upon capable management of international brands to extensively absorb terminal resources and provide clean energy and excellent service to the society. With respect to power generation, we invest in thermoelectric projects that are eco-friendly.
