University English Teacher

We are looking for an English (ESL) Teacher for a University in Nanchang starting as soon as possible / February 2022.

Job details

• Academic Writing in English: This course introduces basics of successful academic writing to non-native English students.
• Fundamentals of Oral Communication: The course gives attention to the communication in interpersonal relationships, group interactions, and formal speaking.
• International Course Study Skills: This Course is designed to provide a broad coverage of what you need to know to succeed in universities. Students will benefit from the useful advice and practical activities to make learning easier, faster and more enjoyable.
• Conduct other teaching-related work, such as student tutorials, open lectures, etc.
• Participate in extra-curricular activities.
• Work Hours: Less than 18 sessions per week with 40 minutes per session (consisting of teaching lessons, office time, student tutorial, invigilation, etc.).
• Students: 21st & 2nd Year College Students.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills
• TESOL/TEFL/ CELTA certificate or equivalent
• Master degree or above
• Major in History, Politics, Administration, or other related fields
• 2 years or more college teaching experience preferred
