1. Answer flight enquiry by telephone;
2. Accept the ticket orders by phone;
3. Handle online refund change upgrade and transfer etc.;
4. Provide consultation and service for Xiamen Airline B2C website;
5. Provide consultation and service for frequent flier;
6. Reply to mails from international line.
Desired Skill and Experience:
1. Gender is not confined between 18~32 years old bachelor degree or above;
2. European or American citizenship;
3. Basic Mandarin speaking skill is required;
4. Strong sense of service and ability to work under pressure;
5. Service industry experience is preferred;
6. Availability for flexible work hours (weekends/evening)
