Vice Principal

We are looking for a Vice Principal for a school (with Primary and Middle School divisions) based in Chengdu. This is a full-time position starting from the academic year in August 2023.

Duties and responsibilities

• Faculty and Teaching: Assist the President and academic Principal to build an international team, oversee teaching, professional development and evaluation; oversee foreign teachers
• Philosophy and Culture: Deliver school international education positioning and philosophy in line with the School Board, and build school culture
• Students activities: Promote and organize Students’ Extra-curriculum activities and clubs to develop students’ interests
• Branding & Admission: Support marketing events and brand building
• Parent School Connection: Support parent-school relations and PTO
• The School Networking: Participate in and support all key internal events within the group
• Public Relations: Support the school to complete or execute the work requirements of the local authorities (the Bureau of the Education), community and the government
• Campus safety and security: Work with administrators in ensuring campus safety and security, including but not limited to compliance and operational safety (consistent with Chinese laws and policies); safety in terms of physical body, food, mind, teaching, sports and fire prevention
