Requirements:

2. Degree in marketing or related discipline.
3. Technical or design education or experience with electronic circuits.
4. Preferred with IC (Integrated Circuits) application or testing experience or board-level circuit design experience.
5. Two years marketing or sales relevant work experience.
6. In depth understanding of the China business information and environment.
7. Strong ability to give public speeches and presentation to communicate clearly and confidently.

- Create O2Micro product demand at accounts with Marketing Group by linking the accounts products to O2Micro solutions clearly showing benefits to the engineers and accounts.
- Build and maintain strong account relationships with Marketing Group by building trust demonstrating competence and providing value to key accounts.
- Generate Data Sheets Application Notes and Technical Notes with Applications Group to support product promotion and design-wins.
- Develop and supervise creation of product literature and other related marketing communications material such as internal and external company newsletters brochures etc.
- Manage consolidation and maintenance of a marketing database for China accounts.
- Monitor adherence to branding on all printed materials and other communications.
