Sourcing Director

Job Description
1. Develop and manage the procurement department including setting targets and monitoring performance
2. Align to overall Sourcing Strategy Operations strategy; Secure Full Value Chain considerations and best practice sourcing
3. Responsible for supplier platforms including:
-Creates manages and develops strong and balanced supplier platform fulfilling requirements and ensuring alignment where appropriate with global commodity sourcing
- Visit suppliers in order to understand them better and maintain friendly relationships
- Constant Chinese suppliers research finding was and methods of bringing the cost down
- Ensure vendor performance in all areas (delivery quality innovation and competitiveness)
-Ensures applying RFQ-process: Baseline Identifying levers Tendering Negotiate Contract Implement

Job Qualification
1. Bachelor or above min 12-15y trading experience in International company 5-7y experience in Procurement Leadership Role.
2. solid knowledge of production and export procedures sourcing quality control basic knowledge of logistics
3. Familiar with Asian supplier’s operating environment in relevance to procurement activities
4. Honest and strictly compliant with professional ethics
5. Work well under pressure
6. Able to travel frequently in China
