Social Studies and English Teacher

We are looking for a full-time English and Social Studies Teacher for an esteemed international school located in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu province. This position entails joining the faculty for the upcoming academic year, commencing in August 2023.

Job responsibilities

• Teach English to students, focusing on spoken English, language skills, literature, and Social Studies subjects
• Prepare lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments       
• Collaborate with fellow co-teachers to enhance and refine the school's curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Any other related duties assigned by the school

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a teachable subject
• 2 years of classroom experience
• Teaching License is a plus
• Excellent communicability and interpersonal skills

• Monthly salary ranges from 23,000 to 33,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
