  1. provide hands-on experience on molecular biology experiments to ensure the quality and productivity of library encoding with DNA;

  2. provide expertise in encoding system design to support library synthesis screening and sequencing;

  3. provide expertise on developing next generation encoding system;

  4. communicate with internal and external partners to provide technique support on DNA-encoded libraries.


Requirements:

  1. Ph.D degree in molecular biology chemical biology or other related disciplines.

  2. Wealth experience in RNA/DNA ligation PCR technique;

  3. Knowledge on next generation sequencing is preferred;

  4. Self-motivated good learning ability and a team player;

  5. Good Chinese and English skills.
