Creagent is an international Design Talent Broker operating in Europe and Asia. We are looking for a BtoB Sales Manager for the Chinese market with a proven track record of closing deals with big Western and Chinese companies to grow the business in China.

- Discover and reach out to client leads
- Manage and update CRM system (Pipedrive)
- Map out opportunities and book meetings with the relevant decision makers
- Build and maintain relationships with the top Design Executives and Managers
- Coordinate sales efforts with other team members
- Represent Creagent in fairs other marketing events and meetings with corporate clients
Succeeding in this role means that you have:
- At least 1-2 years experience of sales in a business-to-business environment
- Excellent sales communication and negotiation skills
- Tech-savviness and results orientation
- High motivation and target drive
- Proven track record in sales to big corporations
- A can-do startup attitude
- Excellent language skills in English and Chinese
