Responsibilities:
1. This sales manager is responsible for developing and maintaining the business relationship with the customers in Russian-speaking market.
2. Search collecting and sorting the marketing information competitors information products information as well as the customers information via diversifying channels work out the analysis report.
3. Aim to enhance the business relationship with the customers keep contacting with and visiting key customers periodically make awareness of their feedback requirements and their needs for better service establish the customer-oriented service concept.
4. Create tactical plan to enact company/ top management's portfolio strategy drive new business to accomplish the sales target.
5. Attend related fairs/ shows when necessary to promote our products and raise the recognition of our products/brands as well as to expand the market scope and the customers base increase the market share.
6. Proactively promote the sales plan via well-organized products promotion activities and the factory visits for the new customers.
7. Collaborate with supporting teams Marketing team Production team Accounting QC Manufacturing etc. to ensure the quality products and the on time delivery.
8. Engaging in the business negotiation with the customers to maximize the profit for the company daily follow up the business orders collecting the payments from the customers.
9. Engaging and inspiring the sales assistant(s) in your team to meet and exceed job responsibilities working with management to build talent for the succession planning within the organization.
10. Accomplish other tasks from the General Manager.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in business or other profession in related fields.
2. Native Russian speaker strong oral and written communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese.
3. 8+ years of relevant industry experience related to the Russian market.
4. 3+ years of managerial experience.
5. Familiar with the international trade process as well as the relevant laws and regulations be able to develop the Russian market independently.
6. Be proactive and initiative excellent team spirit strong learning ability.
7. Strong organization coordination and management capability result-oriented be able to work under pressure.
8. Strong negotiation skills and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. Knowledge of manufacturing process and import/export practices/ procedures.
10. Demonstrated leadership of teams capability in evaluating the performance of the subordinates and coaching motivating the subordinates to improve themselves to meet the higher standard bar.
