Research Academic Writing Teacher

We are looking for a Research Academic Writing for an international school in Beijing. This is a full-time position starting in August 2025.

About the school

This is an international school located in Haidian. The school offers a combination of the national curriculum and US Common core to its students in elementary and middle school, and US Common core, AP, IGCSE and A-Level in high school. 

Job responsibilities

• Design and deliver workshops, seminars, and courses on research methodologies and academic writing
• Develop resources and materials to support students in conducting research and writing academic papers
• Provide one-on-one and group support to students at all levels 
• Assist students in developing research proposals, structuring essays, and refining their writing skills
• Guide students in proper citation practices, avoiding plagiarism, and adhering to academic integrity standards
• Work closely with teachers across disciplines to integrate research and writing skills into the curriculum
• Support faculty in designing assessments that emphasize critical thinking and academic writing
• Mentor students in conducting independent research projects
• Help students identify credible sources, analyze data, and present findings effectively

Job requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in the related subject
• Teaching certificate
• Three or more years teaching experience in the subject
• Excellent communications skills

Salary and benefits

• Annual salary 380,000 to 480,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
