We are seeking an experienced recruiter who is a proactive, collaborative and innovative talent hunter. This is a crucial role aiming at driving the company’s people strategy and helping build an international and diversified talent team in order to support a healthier and longer-term development of OnePlus.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the recruiting of senior talents, including but not limited to marketing, branding, designing and R&D areas;
2. Responsible for hiring talents with international background through domestic and overseas channels;
3. Leads the interviewing process and bring in talents who meet the job requirements and the company values.

Competencies:
1. Bachelor degree or above with no limitation of major or nationality;
2. Above 4 years of working experience in senior talents recruitment; headhunting background is preferred;
3. Fluency in English (both speaking and writing) is required;
4. Enthusiastic about recruiting.
