Primary School Vice Principal

We are seeking a Vice Head of Primary School to join the senior leadership team at an international school in Chengdu for the 2025-26 school year.

Located in a modern, high-tech district of southwest Chengdu, this spacious and well-equipped campus offers both international and bilingual curricula, serving students from Pre-K through Grade 11, with plans to expand to Grade 12. About the role

We are seeking a Vice Head of Primary Division to join the senior leadership team at an international school in Chengdu. This role focuses on developing early-learning programs, supporting child development, managing student behavior, and fostering social integration. The position includes direct supervision of early education teachers, teaching fellows, and the dean of early education.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree, Master's preferred in Education, Educational Leadership, Elementary Education, Primary Education
• 3-5 years of leadership experience in an early childhood school environment.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
• Demonstrated strength in administrative experience.
