Primary School Teacher

We are looking for a Primary School Teacher for a bilingual school in Shanghai. This is a full-time position starting in August 2025.

About the role

As a primary school teacher, you will serve as a homeroom teacher and teach subjects like English, science/social studies, personal/social class, math, and homeroom sessions as well as:

• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Contribute to and develop a comprehensive curriculum 
• Support students learning by collaborating with other teachers and departments of the school, such as supporting English and in other subjects and programs

Job requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in the related subject
• Teaching certificate
• Two or more years teaching experience in the subject
• Excellent communications skills
• STEAM teaching experience is preferred

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary is 25,000 to 35,000 RMB depending on experience and qualifications
