Primary School Teacher

We are looking for a Primary School Teacher for an international school based in Beijing. This position is available with the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year starting in August 2026.

Job details

As a primary school teacher, you will serve as a homeroom teacher and teach subjects like English, science/social studies, personal/social class, math, and homeroom sessions as well as:

• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Contribute to and develop a comprehensive curriculum
• Support students learning by collaborating with other teachers and departments of the school, such as supporting English and in other subjects and programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in education or related field
• Teaching experience with the IB PYP curriculum
• Excellent communications skills

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary of 28,000 to 33,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
