Music Teacher

We are looking for a Music Teacher for an International School based in Nanjing. This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible or in the upcoming academic year August, 2025.

Job details

• Teach the subject of Music to high school students utilizing the IGCSE and A-level framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Attend regular subject meetings at which curriculum planning, student progress, and teaching and learning needs are discussed and improvements can be shared

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in the relevant subject
• At least two years’ teaching experience
• Experience of A-Level and IGCSE students will be beneficial
• Excellent English communicative skills

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary of 25,000 to 30,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
