Mathematics Teacher

We are looking for a Mathematics Teacher  for a K12 school in Shanghai. This is a full-time position starting in August 2025.

About the school

This is a modern boarding school set up in 2000. It consists of Kindergarten, Primary Department, Secondary Department and International Department. The school has more than 400 faculty and staff with about 3,000 students.

Job responsibilities

• Teach the subject of mathematics to high school students utilizing AP or A-Level framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Develop supportive and safe learning environments

Job requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in the related subject
• Teaching certificate
• Two or more years teaching experience in the subject
• Excellent communications skills

Salary and benefits

• Monthly Salary is 24,000 to 28,000 RMB after tax commensurate with experience and qualifications
• Summer and winter holiday
• Public holiday
