Job content:

1. Responsible for the promotion, planning and implementation of the lean production module;

2. Organize and enterprise lean production discussion groups, participate in the discussion of various lean management schemes; participate in the implementation of lean management, and guide the implementation of enterprise team members;

3. Promote the process of the project based on the implementation plan; ensure the timely closure of Lean Project actions and the achievement of production efficiency, inventory and other objectives;

4. According to the actual situation of the production site, optimize the position layout, employees' operation and methods, and guide and promote the standardization of improvement methods and operations.

5. Put forward the implementation plan of optimizing production process, improving production efficiency and reducing inventory according to the actual situation of the enterprise;

6. Push forward the implementation of 5S&TPM management action according to the actual situation of enterprise;

Specific requirements:

1.  Prefer Japanese experts (who can translate in Chinese or with their own translators）;

2. Experience in lean production management or consulting in large-scale manufacturing enterprises for more than 10 years, with experience in large-scale projects;
