Ubisoft Chengdu studio is hiring a 3-month full time Intern Web Content Editor to design and build a high quality internal employee communications website that reflects studio values.

The successful candidate will be able to collaborate with Communications officer to collect website content from various teams edit and upload the content onto the website.
He/she is responsible for content gathering editing and uploading.
He/she must ensure that the content meets the requirements and quality goals.
He/she will ensure also that the website is delivered on time.

Job responsibilities
 Understand the vision and objectives of the website and apply them during the content editing work.
 Communicate with various teams to collect the content to be presented on the website.
 Write edit proofread the content for the website on a daily basis
 Maintains strong accuracy and ethics on all content.
 Coordinate with Communications Officer to align on project goals and progress.
 Archive the content data and handover all data to Communications Officer after the website is launched.
 Strictly follow company confidentiality.

Requirement
 Proficient in English writing and editing (native or working proficiency preferred)
 Excellent communication skills proactively engage with stakeholders to understand and fulfil requirements
 Photoshop skills knowledge/experience of website design are a plus
 Ability to set timeline targets and meet deadlines
 Eye for detail
 Interest and/or knowledge in video games is a plus

 Build the website to fit studio standards on time
 Be able to work efficiently with all other teams
