IB PYP Coordinator

我们正在为一所深圳的学校招聘IB协调员 IB PYP Coordinator，到岗时间为2025年8月。

岗位职责

• 确保国际文凭组织的PYP标准与共同核心标准无缝对接。
• 与教师合作，设计并整合跨学科单元，以反映PYP的跨学科方法。
• 了解国际文凭组织框架和共同核心标准的最新发展，为培训活动提供信息。
• 担任国际学校与国际文凭组织（IBO）之间的主要联络人。
• 通过鼓励教职员工、行政人员和后勤人员之间的团队合作，促进协作性的学校文化。
• 倡导以学生为中心的学习环境，确保PYP课程满足所有学生的不同需求。
• 有效管理和分配资源，以支持PYP课程和相关活动。

任职要求

• 本科及以上相关专业
• 具有IB PYP教学管理经验者优先
• 教师资格证
• 良好的交流能力，中英文流利

薪资福利

• 月薪：15-25k
• 寒暑假

Job responsibilities

• Ensure seamless alignment between IB PYP standards and Common Core State Standards.
• Collaborate with teachers to design and integrate interdisciplinary units that reflect the PYP ’s trans disciplinary approach.
• instructional strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the IB framework and Common Core standards to inform training initiatives.
• Act as the primary liaison between International School and the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO).
• Promote a collaborative school culture by encouraging teamwork among teaching staff, administration, and support personnel.
• Advocate for a student-centered learning environment, ensuring the PYP accommodates the diverse needs of all learners.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to support the PYP curriculum and related activities.

Job requirements

• Bachelor degree or above 
• Teaching certificate
• Two or more years teaching experience in IB PYP
• Excellent communications skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary is 15-25K RMB
• Summer and winter vacations
