IB Middle School Teacher

We are looking for an IB Middle School Teacher for an international school located in Wuhan. This is a full-time position starting in August 2025.

It offers a full range of educational services, including preschools, primary, middle, high, and foreign national schools. Its campuses feature spacious classrooms, labs, sports facilities, dormitories, and administrative offices, currently accommodating around 2,000 students with room for expansion.

Job responsibilities

• Design and deliver inquiry-based lessons aligned with the IB MYP framework, fostering critical thinking and interdisciplinary learning
• Assess student progress using MYP criteria, provide feedback, and support their academic and personal development
• Serve as the primary contact between the school and the IB organization, ensuring compliance with IB standards and updates
• Lead the development and implementation of the IB curriculum across all grades, collaborating with school leadership to align programs with overall goals
• Conduct regular assessments of student learning outcomes and teaching strategies to enhance educational effectiveness
• Participate in the school’s leadership team, contributing to school improvement initiatives and overall program development

Requirements

• A Master's degree in education or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience
• Proven experience in educational leadership, curriculum development, or program coordination
