High School English Teacher

We are looking for a full-time High School English Teacher for an international school located in Shanghai. This position entails joining the faculty for the upcoming academic year, commencing in August 2025.

It offers a full range of educational services, including preschools, primary, middle, high, and foreign national schools. Its campuses feature spacious classrooms, labs, sports facilities, dormitories, and administrative offices, currently accommodating around 2,000 students with room for expansion.

Job responsibilities

• Teach the subject of English to high school students ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
• Prepare lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments      
• Collaborate with fellow co-teachers to enhance and refine the school's curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Any other related duties assigned by the school

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a teachable subject
• 2 years of classroom teaching experience
• Teaching License is a plus
• Excellent communicability and interpersonal skills

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary from 24,000 to 32,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
