我们正在为杭州一所国际学校寻找优秀的高中Head of physics 物理学科带头人，入职时间为2025年8月。

岗位职责Job Duties：

• 激发学生的自信，建立同事之间的相互信任感

            To motivate confidence of students and build up trust among colleagues

• 在教学实践中和同事友好合作并能够灵活的适应多语言的环境要求

            To motivate confidence of students and build up trust among colleagues

• 在课堂中与同事互相配合不断激发学生的学习热情

            To demonstrate team spirit through teaching activities and constantly motivate passion for learning among students

• 具有一定的分析能力，探索新的教学方法拓展学生的学习体验

           To demonstrate fair analytical skills and explore new teaching methods for expanded learning experiences

• 通过坚持不懈的自我学习，不断提高自己的职业素养与教学能力

            Continued self-learning for professional and teaching skill enhancement

任职要求 Requirements：

• 本科及以上学历，2年以上工作经验，有管理经验，持物理教师资格证书；

            Bachelor and above degree with 2+ years related experience. Have management experience.Holding physics Teacher’s Certification

• 有相关IG/AL学科的教学经验；

           Teaching IG/AL experience for secondary school relevant subjects

• 有国外留学背景的老师优先；

          Teachers with overseas study background are preferred

• 拥有骨干教师、学科带头人称号者优先。

            Candidate with backbone teacher or subject leader titles is preferred.

薪资福利Salary & Welfare

• 基本薪资Base Salary：1.5w-2.3w
• 寒暑假带薪 Paid Summer and winter holiday
